OPTI-6G Plenary Meeting: A Successful and Productive Gathering in Heidelberg
The OPTI-6G project consortium recently held a highly successful plenary meeting on 11-12 March 2025 at Eurescom, Heidelberg, Germany. The event brought together all consortium partners for two days of engaging discussions, technical updates, and strategic planning.
Hosted for the second time by Eurescom, the coordinating responsible, this hybrid meeting was a valuable opportunity to align on project goals, strengthen teamwork, and set the course for the next phase of OPTI-6G.
Throughout the two days, participants reviewed the project’s progress, discussed upcoming milestones, and reinforced collaboration among partners. The meeting featured comprehensive sessions on project management, technical work packages, dissemination activities, and regulatory discussions.
Beyond the formal agenda, the plenary meeting also served as an important team-building opportunity. Participants engaged in dynamic exchanges, strengthening professional relationships and fostering a shared vision for the future of OPTI-6G.
To complement the technical discussions, attendees enjoyed a convivial dinner on Tuesday evening at Hotel Restaurant Krokodil, a traditional German restaurant in Heidelberg. This social gathering provided a relaxed atmosphere for networking, informal discussions, and team bonding.
